Our Accomodations

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is between 3-8 PM, and check-out is at 1 PM. However, we invite our guests to arrive earlier or stay later to enjoy our common areas and facilities before and after the rooms are ready. Take your time and relax—our goal is to make your stay as seamless and comfortable as possible. While we strive to accommodate early or late arrivals and late departures based on availability, please be mindful this could incur extra charges.

Cancelation and Rescheduling Policies

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary according to accommodation type and season. Charges will apply for cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival. No-shows will be charged 100% of the total reservation. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not be possible during high season or on public holidays. Additionally, rescheduling fees may apply depending on the type of reservation. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to inquire about date changes and avoid potential charges.

Liability Waiver

Guests agree to follow all facility guidelines by staying with us, including using pools, swings, beach, and common areas. The hotel is not liable for accidents resulting from misuse nor for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property and will be charged accordingly.

Pets 

Pets are welcome with prior approval, a non-refundable cleaning fee, and a pet waiver agreement. Guests are fully responsible for their pet's behavior and any damages caused and must supervise them at all times. The hotel is not liable for any accidents involving pets.
