Payment
A valid payment source is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment may be requested at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Bitcoin, and Zelle.
Cancelation and Rescheduling Policies
Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary according to season. Charges will apply for same-day cancellation. No-shows will be charged 100% of the total Day Pass reservation. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not be possible during high season or public holidays. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to inquire about date changes.
Liability Waiver
Guests agree to follow all facility guidelines by booking a Day Pass with us, including using pools, swings, beach, and common areas. The hotel is not liable for accidents resulting from misuse nor for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property and will be charged accordingly.
Pets
Pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet waiver agreement. Guests are fully responsible for their pet's behavior and any damages caused and must supervise them at all times. The hotel is not liable for any accidents involving pets.
